Layout & Simulate
Fixture layouts can be abstract or to scale – whatever works best for your project and to make it easiest to visualise programming in Simulate. You can run the Simulate window in a pop-out whilst editing timelines to instantly see your design in action, and Output Live lets you edit directly to your fixtures if programming on site.
Timelines are where the magic happens – bringing your lighting design to life. Select presets from the comprehensive directory then adjust colours and parameters to tune the effects to exactly what you need. You can also import media clips. Timelines can follow the internal clock, as well as Timecode, Audio and Realtime/Astronomical timings based on time of day, time of year and location. Timelines support priorities and last-action principles.
Build your own fully customisable user interface for your Designer touch panels. Create multiple pages of lighting controls including buttons, sliders, colour pickers, keypads and navigation, and configure their appearance and visual feedback. Make it eye-catching by importing your own graphics or picking from one of our attractive themes to achieve a style and wallpaper to match the décor or branding.
From simple event triggers based on time of day or button presses, to advanced conditional integration and show control solutions, Trigger is mission control for the lighting system. In live events it is a human that presses Go on the console, but for automated systems used in architectural and themed installations, establishing the triggering scheme is at the heart of a powerful, flexible and versatile control system.
