Pharos Architectural Controls are pleased to announce their participation at the first Prolight + Sound Bangkok show, taking place at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) from the 30th of September to the 2nd of October 2026.
With this new event, Prolight + Sound Bangkok is creating a regional platform for the entertainment and pro AV industries and connecting international technology providers with professionals from across Southeast Asia.
Exhibiting on Stand F29 alongside parent company ETC, Pharos will introduce visitors to a range of dynamic lighting control solutions and demonstrate how their technology can help bring architectural and architainment spaces to life.
Pharos specialises in dynamic lighting control for architectural and themed environments, helping users create, manage and automate lighting through reliable and flexible control systems. The solutions support a wide range of applications, from individual spaces, buildings and venues through to larger, connected installations.
Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to explore Pharos Designer, the company’s comprehensive control solution for complex, dynamic lighting installations. Designer provides extensive programming and integration capabilities, allowing lighting to respond to schedules, sensors, user interaction and other systems, with the flexibility to meet the individual requirements of a project.
Also on show will be Pharos Express, an all-in-one dynamic lighting control solution for DMX and DALI fixtures. Designed to make programming and commissioning straightforward, Express provides an accessible approach to control for a broad range of architectural lighting applications.
Visitors can also discover Pharos Cloud, the company’s remote lighting management solution. Pharos Cloud provides convenient access to projects without needing to be physically on site, enabling users to securely manage and interact with Pharos installations from any Internet-connected device, at any time, and from anywhere in the world.
The stand will also feature the Pharos RIO 84, the next-generation remote input/output device for Designer systems. Combining eight configurable inputs and four relay outputs in a single Power-over-Ethernet device, the RIO 84 provides flexible integration with third-party systems, sensors, switches and contactors for power switching while requiring just a single network cable for power and data. A multi-protocol port can be configured for RS232, RS485, DMX input or a full universe of DMX output.
Regional Manager Tony Symms and Product Support Manager Nathan Chan will be on hand throughout the show to introduce visitors to Pharos, explain how its control solutions work with lighting systems using protocols including DMX and DALI, demonstrate the different solutions and discuss the requirements of upcoming projects.
Whether you are discovering Pharos for the first time or looking for a lighting control solution for an upcoming project, visitors will be able to discuss their requirements with the team and explore which Pharos solution is best suited to their application.
Tony Symms, Regional Manager for Asia Pacific at Pharos, said: “We’re looking forward to exhibiting at Prolight + Sound Bangkok and introducing Pharos to a new audience from across Southeast Asia. The show gives us a great opportunity to meet lighting and AV professionals face-to-face, demonstrate what our systems can do and discuss how dynamic lighting control can support their projects.”
“From straightforward architectural lighting control through to larger and more complex installations, our solutions have been developed to provide flexibility at every scale. Nathan and I are looking forward to welcoming visitors to the stand, understanding what they are looking to achieve and showing them how Pharos can help.”
