Manage all your projects together in Pharos Cloud – now right down to your fixtures. Fixture Status brings fixture-level visibility, diagnosis and remote configuration, from anywhere.
Every lighting installation has a version of the same story. A fixture goes offline on a bridge span, a facade, an atrium ceiling – always the places you can’t reach without access equipment, a road closure, or a night crew. Unreliable reports from the project and the expense of visits add friction to what should be straightforward fixes.
RDM in Pharos Cloud gives you reliable information and reduces onsite work, sometimes removing it entirely.
Cloud already brings every project you run into one place – status, firmware and control, managed together from anywhere. But that reach used to stop at the controller. Your controller’s status was clear, and your firmware stayed current, while the fixtures beyond it were an unknown. Fixture Status via RDM closes the loop. The projects you already manage together in Cloud now reach right down to the individual fixture, without any additional hardware needed.
What you can do
Discover and identify – Every RDM-capable fixture connected to your Pharos controllers, found, named and visible in Cloud – across all your projects.
See status – Online or offline – key status of every fixture at a glance.
Get alerted – Cloud tells you when a fixture goes offline. Choose instant, daily or weekly delivery, and mute individual fixtures so every alert still means something.
Set remotely – Set a fixture’s DMX start address, change its mode, or turn on identify to locate it – all from the browser.
Diagnose before you dispatch
The economics are simple. When a fixture drops, Cloud tells you which one – before anyone leaves the office. One visit instead of two. If the fix is simple, it could mean no site visits are required. When a fixture does need replacing, the work splits in two: a local electrician makes the physical swap, and you replace it in Cloud – same address, same mode, new UID – so your specialist never leaves the office.
For service teams
If you maintain installations for clients, RDM turns Cloud into fixture status across every project you maintain, all in one place. Quote maintenance contracts with confidence and walk into renewals with a record of what you’ve done.
How it works
Fixture Status runs over RDM, through the Pharos controller you already installed – data flows straight to Cloud. No gateways, no new hardware, nothing to install or specify: existing sites get it with a firmware update. It works with RDM-capable fixtures connected to Pharos controllers and supported third-party infrastructure.
