Michael Grosse (MG)

MG came to Pharos in 2018 as a Technical Support Specialist and is now our Regional Sales Manager for the Americas. He supports our manufacturer partners with sales and complex project integrations.

Ryan Sainsbury

Ryan has been at Pharos since 2015. He has detailed application, installation and integration knowledge on the portfolio of Pharos’ products systems. His Sales role also encompasses training, custom webapp development, and online tutorial video content.

Mark de Gruyter

Mark joined Pharos in 2012 after many years of sales and distribution management experience working for well-known entertainment technology brands. Mark is now Regional Manager for EMEA.

Tony Symms

Tony joined Pharos in 2013 to establish Pharos operations in the Asia Pacific region. With a background in theatrical, entertainment and architectural lighting he had many years’ experience with Pharos prior to joining the team.
