Dutch National Military Museum, Soesterberg
The Dutch National Military Museum in Soesterberg presents a comprehensive view of the history of army, navy and air force, and is now home to an exciting theatrical lighting experience.
- Themed areas take visitors through several interactive zones, display cabinets and authentic tank, plane and helicopter exhibits
- Dynamic lighting reinforces the atmosphere in each room and supports projected images
- The lighting control system is based on a network of 28 distributed Pharos LPCs divided over seven exhibition rooms controlling 8000 DMX lighting channels
- The LPCs enable precise control of the 1519 DMX display profiles with zoom lenses, designed for the museum to a rigid specification
- Pharos’ show control system uses its networking capabilities to incorporate both Medialon software and various KissBox interfaces
- Museum personnel have complete control over the lighting and AV equipment both on site and remotely
