You can retrieve your controller’s project file remotely using Pharos Cloud. Controllers connected to Pharos Cloud can securely upload their project file to the Cloud, enabling you to download the project file to use on your computer, wherever you are in the world. Remote project file upload is supported on Pharos Designer controllers running v2.13.0 firmware or later, and on Pharos Express controllers running v1.2.0 firmware or later.
To remotely access your controller’s project file:
- Navigate to your Pharos Cloud Site
- Click Devices and select your controller
- Go to Files > Project File > Request Download
- Wait while the project file is prepared
- Once available, click the download icon
Note: The time it takes to prepare your project file varies depending on a number of factors including the size of your project and your controller’s Internet connection.
