Each purchase of Express Control (and Expert Control) includes a free extended trial of Pharos Cloud; our secure remote lighting control and management platform.
Follow the steps below to claim your free voucher and set up your Pharos Cloud Site.
1. Scan the controller’s QR code
You can find the QR code on the serial label or product packaging of Express Control
2. Click ‘Generate Pharos Cloud Voucher’
Click the blue banner at the bottom of the page to reveal your voucher code.
3. Take note of the voucher code generated
Copy this code to your clipboard to use later.
4. Visit cloud.pharoscontrols.com
From here, select ‘Redeem Voucher for a new Site’ below the username and password fields.
Existing user? Sign in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page and select ‘Redeem voucher’ from the menu.
5. Enter your voucher code
Provide the voucher code generated in step 3 and click the check button to validate your voucher.
6. Decide your Site’s details
Choose a Site name and enter the email address you wish to associate with the Site owner, who will have full permissions in the Site.
7. Check your email for an invitation
Click continue and check your email for an invitation to join the new Site.
8. Create your Cloud Site
From the invitation email, click Join Now and follow the steps to create your Cloud Site.
