Introducing the new LPC X and Designer 2.1

    15 June, 2016

Pharos is pleased to announce its powerful revamped LPC X; a comprehensive lighting controller in a new smaller form factor.

    LPCX-Gen2-Single

The Pharos LPC X has proved a popular solution all over the world for controlling long-running landmark installations with significant channel counts. Such installations include the Palace of Versailles, Selfridges in London, BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, Vegas Mall in Moscow, and Bosphorus Bridge in Istanbul.

The revamped LPC X retains the same powerful precision show control, remote management capabilities and long-term reliability of its predecessor in a new, smaller form factor. Now just 1U (19”) with rugged 16GB SSD storage, it’s available in capacities ranging from 10 DMX universes up to 100 DMX universes from a single unit. For further scaling, multiple units can be connected and synchronised over Ethernet.

The LPC X supports a variety of Ethernet control protocols for integration with an array of fixtures, including Art-Net II & III, KiNET V1 & V2, sACN and Pathport, with digital video output via DVI-I. Simultaneous playback of scenes and timelines (including effects and videos) is available through our intuitive Designer software, with optional DVI-D input for live video, all pixel-mapped in real time.

The LPC X offers RS232 and Ethernet interfaces for triggering, as well as internal real time and astronomical clocks. It easily scales and integrates with other controllers and devices for even more triggering options like DMX, RS485, timecode, MIDI, and DALI. An integrated web interface allows for powerful remote management, monitoring and control.

For more tech specs and features, please see the LPC X page and datasheet.

If you’re interested in using the LPC X for your next project, please contact our sales team.
