Blackpool’s beloved illuminations that sit beneath the Blackpool Tower receive a lighting upgrade.
- LITE Ltd was tasked to illuminate the main promenade section that sits under the famous Blackpool Tower
- The brief was to create a colour-changing, spectacular design that would enhance the visitor experience and be able to tolerate the weather associated with the seafront location
- The IP68 RGBW addressable MaxiLED Festoon lighting system is manufactured by LITE Ltd, exceeding the client’s expectations
- Whilst enduring the extreme weather that is associated with seafront the 800m of IP68 Maxiled RGBW festoon and the Maxilink Control equipment was supplied, installed and commissioned by LITE Ltd, creating a dramatic kaleidoscopic canopy effect outside the Tower Ballroom
- Creating a scenic yet dramatic canopy effect just outside the tower controlled by a Pharos LPC 1 to help generate astonishing dynamic lighting displays throughout the year for this popular tourist destination
