Dynamic Lighting Control for Iconic Installations

Home > Solutions > Showcase > Citadel de Namur, Namur

Citadel de Namur, Namur

The Citadel of Namur is a beautiful historic site in Namur, Belgium which underwent an architectural lighting transformation to bathe the facade in stunning colour at night.

  • The installation supports the city’s sustainability and economic goals by providing energy efficiency up to 75% compared to conventional lighting
  • More than 230 Philips Color Kinetics fixtures were installed: 80 Philips ColorReach RGBW and 150 Philips ColorReach Compact RGBW
  • Keystone Technologies programmed the control on a Pharos LPC 4 that runs the site 24/7, and handles triggering/integration with Philips’ cloud-based ActiveSite software
