Palace of Versailles, Versailles

The Palace of Versailles is one of the most visited public attractions in France with more than six million visitors a year.

  • 1431 light points throughout the palace and its adjoining park
  • The façade of the main palace and its terraces are lit by custom-made fixtures with a pixel count of 900
  • All fixtures are controlled by a Pharos LPC X controller
  • 210 spots with intensive optics and 30 symmetrical luminaires light the statues throughout the grounds
  • In the water of the Grand Canal is Apollo’s chariot statue, lit by underwater RGBW LEDs every weekend from late spring to early autumn
