Selfridges, London
Selfridges is a grade II listed building, and a prestigious landmark in the heart of London’s shopping district. Selfridges wanted a lighting solution for its facade that could produce a broad spectrum of colours and effects to support the department store’s key events and projects, specifically Project Ocean.
- Philips Color Kinetics fixtures, programmed by a Pharos LPC X, produce rich, saturated colours and a number of customised effects including rippling, fading, wall washing, grazing, floodlighting and spot lighting
- Fixtures include the ColorReach Powercore (now Gen2), ColorBlast Powercore and ColorGraze Powercore (current equivalent ColorGraze QLX Powercore), all of which combine rich, saturated colour and customised effects with simplified installation and maintenance
