Alexandra Palace Mast, London

As part of the latest refurbishment of Ally Pally, the grade II listed entertainment and sports venue, the iconic, but previously unlit 70m tall television mast was given an LED floodlighting makeover, and connected to a site-wide lighting system.

  • Integrating with an existing onsite DALI system, the Pharos TPC controller guaranteed connectivity and communication between individual systems
  • The system provides a dedicated DMX universe along with the simple touchscreen interface
  • The mast is lit up by 8 individually controllable RGBW LED floodlights and allows full control of the mast’s lighting with predefined scenes making use of different colours
  • The integrated touchscreen and controller allows staff to select special scenes and colours to commemorate ad hoc events and occasions
