Edinburgh Castle is a historic fortress and major visitor attraction of the city of Edinburgh, Scotland, prominently visible from its position on the Castle Rock.
- The castle’s existing 10-year old lighting was replaced with the Philips IntelliPower system; a sympathetic LED solution that made use of the existing floodlight positions and mounting brackets to minimise damage to the castle’s façade
- Philips ColorReach and Color Graze LEDs are programmed by a Pharos LPC 1, enabling colourful personalisation for the different events held at the castle, as well as automatically turning on and off at night, offering a far more ecologically friendly and low-energy alternative
